Iain Laverock
Iain Laverock is an experienced HR Consultant, with over 17 years hands on experience in recruitment, training & development and performance management.
Iain graduated from University of Manchester (UMIST) in 1992 with a Masters degree in HR Management & Industrial Relations. Iain spent his early career in the transport, automotive and financial services sectors, before moving to the global aerospace manufacturer, Hexcel Corporation, in 2000. At Hexcel, Iain held a Senior HR Management position covering the UK and Asia Pacific region. During this time, Iain was responsible for implementing a number of Training & Development activities, including a European Management Development Programme, a Supervisory Management programme accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management and an NVQ programme focused on six sigma and continuous improvement activities. Iain is also a qualified Management Coach and is accredited to deliver Myers-Briggs, OPQ and 16PF psychometric tools.
Iain has a passion for continuous improvement within the field of HR and has recently completed a multi-national HR transformation project for a global brand leader in the medical and pharmacuetical sector. In addition to Iain's work in training an development, he has a wealth of experience in the areas of recruitment, pensions, performance improvement and employment law/industrial relations.
Iain splits his time between the UK and the South of France and holds a lecturing position at the University of Montpellier delivering a programme on International HR Management.
