Linda Baird
Linda Baird is our Quality and Training Manager and her role is to ensure the quality and success of all our of training programmes, including accredited CIPD programmes, other accredited programmes and non accredited courses.
Linda is a focused, experienced HR and L&D business operator and consultant with experience of working in all areas of HR, specialising in L&D. Over the past 8 years, she has worked for corporate companies predominately in Quality, HR, and L&D positions at a senior level, with accountability to CEOs and Managing Directors.
She has a strong commercial perspective to delivering business focused solutions with a proven record of adding relevant value to clients and meeting standards/expectations timely, which has measurably improved business profit, account and staff retention, productivity, relationship management, satisfaction [client and employee] and technical delivery.
Linda is extremely passionate about L&D and the standards of quality linked with it. She has recently completed an NVQ Level 5 in L&D as well as completing the Practioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, qualifying as a Hypnotherapist. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has a BSc (Hons) Degree. She actively seeks to develop herself and plans on undertaking a Level 7 in L&D as well as commencing a Masters in the next year.
She has a passion for travelling, has travelled to 40 countries to date and has a personal goal of exploring all the Wonders of the World.
