Nargis Begum
After graduating from university, Nargis started on a HR graduate scheme with the East London Business Alliance (ELBA). As part of the scheme Nargis spent 6 months with the Bradfield Group to gain practical experience of working in a HR consultancy company. At the end of the scheme Nargis was offered a permanent position and is currently working as a Sales and Marketing Assistant within the commercial team.
Nargis has a 1st class honours degree in Business and Management from Queen Mary, University of London and has recently completed the CHRP qualification.
Since working with the Bradfield Group, Nargis has worked with a number of different departments to gain an appreciation of the business. Nargis is very much enjoying her time at Bradfield and is gaining a huge insight into how professional organisations are run.
