Patrick Mullarkey

Patrick

Patrick arrived as Learning and Development Consultant in June 2011. Prior to this he worked in generalist HR roles at both University College London (UCL) and The Institute of Cancer Research, as well as roles in the private sector including positions at Chelsea Football Club and within the legal industry. He is an Associate member of the CIPD having graduated with a Post-graduate Diploma (CIPD) from London Metropolitan University in 2010.

His role at Bradfield involves maintenance of learning materials for various courses across the organisation, with a specific focus on the CIPD Foundation Level Certificates (Level 3) in Human Resource Practice and L & D, as well as the CIPD Intermediate Level Certificate (Level 5) qualifications in Human Resource Management. He is also involved with training delivery in both the UK and Gulf region, development of handbooks and guidelines for students, tutors and staff members, along with supporting Associate Trainers on assessment days.

Outside of Bradfield he mentors fellow HR practitioners via the CIPDs mentoring scheme in the Central and West London branches, as well as being a member of the mentoring scheme committee in the West London branch.
